Our team

We all have professional and family goals and like many other people in this fast-paced world, we hardly have time to be committed to ecological and social initiatives.

However, it can’t be that the ecological problems worldwide are getting worse while we feel that we have less and less time to do something about them. For this reason, we’re all connected by the will to not surrender to the failed developments of our time but to humbly make a contribution for a better future.  Our initiative is built on the effort of different supporters from diverse professional backgrounds who help our initiative with their varying individual competences. In this context we would like to thank Nina Maria and Jana Küchler, Jakob Piest, Vera Grönegress, Hanni Wurm, Bernhard Piest, Aaron Domingos and Laurenz Aselmeier for their valuable support.

Phillip Maiwald

Phillip Maiwald

Phillip Maiwald studied fine arts, is a storybook author and works in the field of autism. He believes in utopias and stubbornly clings to the idea that beauty alone can save the world. He came up with the idea of Civil Integrity, coordinates the initiatives, works on campaigns and is responsible for the areas press and social media.

Marcus Gründel

Marcus Gründel

Marcus Gründel works as a photographer. For him it comes naturally not to let this planet rot away. He believes in the power of nature and the good in humanity but does not regard himself as an activist. For Civil Integrity he does a little bit of everything: he inspires with ideas, is the most important critic of the campaigns and checks everything again.

Nadin Tettschlag

Nadin Tettschlag

Nadin Tettschlag is a social scientist and educator. The preservation of natural resources is one of the basic prerequisites for social justice and the prevention of political conflicts. Environmental activism is therefore also peace work for her. At Civil Integrity, Nadin is involved in the development of campaigns, editing texts, and supporting public relations.

Laurenz Aselmeier

Laurenz Aselmeier

Laurenz Aselmeier is an educational scientist and works as an organizational developer and systemic coach. Practiced mindfulness is his guiding principle in his professional life as well as in his dealings with nature. He has been working with Civil Integrity since the third campaign, contributing texts and supporting the campaign work with thoughts and questions.

Bernhard Piest

Bernhard Piest

Bernhard Piest is a retired physician. For him, nature is creation. It is the comprehensive basis for life. Mankind has developed every culture in confrontation with it. Its preservation in diversity and in a form compatible with human life is the basis of our existence on the one hand and the foundation of peaceful coexistence on the other. Its endangerment challenges us to act. Civil Integrity accompanies him as a consultant.
